Upset Picks of the Week

After getting my upset pick correct last week, I’m coming back with a couple of upset predictions this week. To start off, the #20 Florida Gators pay a visit to the Kentucky Wildcats. The Gators barely escaped with a win against Tennessee at home last week with a last second hail mary, and they lost their opening game to Michigan. It’s fair to say they’ve been less than impressive. Today, they’ll play the surging Wildcats under the lights in Lexington. The Wildcats haven’t beaten the Gators since 1986, but tonight is the night that 30 game win streak ends, as the Wildcats will upset the Gators.

Up in Boulder, two 3-0 teams face off as the #7 Washington Huskies play the Colorado Buffaloes. Folsom Field will surely be packed, and the Buffaloes are ready to pull off the huge upset against the defending Pac 12 champions.

While those are my two official upset picks, there’s plenty of other games on my radar. Purdue over Michigan, Mississippi State over Georgia and North Carolina State beating Florida State all could surprise the college football world, but surely look for Colorado and Kentucky to pull off the upset.
