I have been within one point of the pregame spread in my first two upset picks. My goal is of course to pick an outright upset, but it shows how even though I’ve missed on my first two picks, I’ve been very close.
Today I’m looking at a big rivalry game for my upset. In the Battle for the Cy-Hawk Trophy, #19 Iowa heads to Ames to face the unranked but talented Iowa State Cyclones. At home, I expect the Cyclones to defeat the Hawkeyes and earn state bragging rights for the year.
