Upset Pick of the Week

We’ve reached conference championship week in this rollercoaster college football season. It’s the last chance for teams to make an impression to the Playoff Committee.

In Arlington, the Oklahoma Sooners are likely one win away from the Playoff. Last time they played TCU, they steamrolled the Horned Frogs. Today, with everything on the line for Oklahoma, the Horned Frogs will spoil their rival’s Playoff chances with their first BIG 12 championship. The BIG 12 will likely regret the return of a championship game today.

Elsewhere, I don’t really see many big upsets. I think Auburn will continue it’s flaming hot run with a second win over Georgia. I’ve picked Clemson to lose many times this year and they still haven’t, and I don’t see them losing tonight. Meanwhile, Wisconsin vs Ohio State might be the most interesting game. Wisconsin has yet to lose, but they’ve yet to play a truly good team. Ohio State has two losses, so does a win get them in the Playoff?

It’s a big day across the country, and it’ll be fascinating to see how it turns out. Enjoy!
