Tonight in Kansas City, Missouri, Kauffman Stadium will host its first World Series game since 1985. The Kansas City Royals face the San Francisco Giants in a meeting of the two Wild Card winners. The last time both Wild Cards faced off in the World Series was in 2002, when the Los Angeles Angels, played the San Francisco Giants. Twelve years later, the Giants are back as the Wild Card winner. It will be a special night in the city of fountains, as the 29 year drought is finally over for the Royals. Will the Royals keep their magic going, or will the Giants continue their recent dominance of baseball, as this is their third time in five years in the World Series? The battle begins tonight on FOX.
