After a week with no pick, my upset pick is back. Over the past few years, ranked teams have had a tough time playing night games at Kinnick Stadium in Iowa City. Tonight will be no different. The #10 Penn State Nittany Lions will be upset by the #17 Iowa Hawkeyes.
